Only Rent Child Safety and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy

OnlyRent. Only Rent Technology (S) Pte. Ltd. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Only Rent (hereinafter "Only Rent", "the Platform", or "we") is committed to protecting the safety of children and minors, and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE"). This policy applies to the Only Rent App, website, and related services operated or managed by Only Rent.
1. Strict Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Only Rent strictly prohibits any use of the Platform to engage in, facilitate, promote, recruit for, assist with, or distribute content or conduct involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: • Any form of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child or minor. • Grooming a child or minor for sexual purposes. • Sextortion involving a child or minor. • Sexual transactions, sex trafficking, or other commercial sexual exploitation of children or minors. • Seeking, offering, exchanging, selling, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM"). • Uploading, publishing, transmitting, storing, or sharing photographs, videos, images, or other content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. • Assisting another user in obtaining or distributing such content. • Using Only Rent's services, chat, profiles, service listings, matching, or other features to engage in any conduct that endangers the safety of children.
2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Only Rent strictly prohibits the creation, upload, storage, transmission, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") through the Platform. If Only Rent becomes aware of or reasonably suspects the presence of CSAM on the Platform, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and this policy, which may include: • Immediately restricting access to the relevant content or account; • Removing or disabling the relevant content; • Suspending or permanently terminating the relevant account; • Preserving necessary information to support applicable law and lawful investigations; and • Reporting to relevant law enforcement or child safety authorities where required or applicable under law. Only Rent will not permit users to continue distributing or sharing confirmed CSAM through the Platform.
3. Child Sexual Exploitation and Grooming
Only Rent prohibits any use of Platform features to contact, induce, manipulate, or establish an inappropriate sexual relationship with a child or minor. This includes, but is not limited to: • Offering money, work, services, gifts, or other benefits in exchange for sexual activity or sexual content; • Inducing a minor to engage in sexual conversation or conduct; • Requesting nude or sexually related images from a minor; • Using threats, manipulation, or extortion to obtain sexual content; • Directing a child or minor off-platform for purposes of sexual exploitation; and • Any other sexually exploitative conduct that may endanger the safety of a child or minor.
4. User Reporting Mechanism
Only Rent provides mechanisms for users to report and raise safety concerns. Users who encounter suspected child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, CSAM, grooming, or other child safety concerns may submit information through the "Report / Flag" function in the Only Rent App. Users may also contact Only Rent at: Child Safety Contact: Compliance@onlyrent.tw Where safe and lawful, users may provide relevant account, service, content, or incident information to assist Only Rent with its investigation. Do not download, save, or redistribute suspected CSAM for the purpose of reporting.
5. Platform Review and Enforcement
Only Rent will handle child safety reports and violations in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and this policy. For accounts or content confirmed to violate this policy, Only Rent may take the following measures: • Remove or restrict the relevant content; • Restrict account functions; • Suspend an account; • Permanently terminate an account; • Restrict re-registration or use of the Platform; and • Report to relevant authorities or law enforcement where required by applicable law. Only Rent may determine appropriate measures based on the severity of the case, the risk involved, and applicable law.
6. Safety of Minors
Only Rent does not permit any user to use the Platform in a manner that endangers the safety of children or minors. If the Platform identifies conduct that may involve child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, sexual trafficking, or another serious child safety risk, we will prioritize the protection of potentially affected children or minors and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable law.
7. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Only Rent is committed to complying with child safety, online safety, data protection, and related laws and regulations applicable in the regions where it operates and provides services. Where applicable law requires Only Rent to report confirmed child sexual abuse material or related incidents to competent authorities, law enforcement, or other designated child safety organizations, Only Rent will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and related procedures.
8. Child Safety Point of Contact
Only Rent has designated a child safety contact responsible for receiving and handling notices, reports, and safety incidents relating to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. Child Safety Contact: Person in charge - Vera Compliance@onlyrent.tw This contact can assist with child safety incidents involving the Only Rent Platform and with child safety notices from Google Play and other platforms.
9. Policy Updates
Only Rent may update this policy in response to changes in laws, regulatory requirements, platform policies, and safety standards. The latest version will be published on the official Only Rent website.
